Download suggestion

I note that many visitors to the forum are able to access all files, without posting or taking part. would it be possible to introduce a rule, especially for the pc software downloads, you are unable to download unless you have a certain number of post counts!!!
I understand most newbies may require files like DCC or DBedit and shouldnt require a post count.
your views would be most welcome.

Thanks for your view on Downloads restrictions. Yes, your view has genuine points.
This rule can be applied to PC Software section. We will think about it........

Good Suggestion, if its possible to implement it then should be implemented as members take efforts to upload the attachments.

The argument against that is that you get more work for mods.
People will start posting useless stuff just to get their post count up.
The mods will have to sort through all that and decide what's allowed and what not.
Not sure if it would be an improvement.
