New threads

Can the Admins tell me why i am able to start new threads in most of the forum, but i am unable to start a thread/poll in the poll section.?

Poll sections newthread can be started by only moderators and Premium members in this forum

I am trying to get some answer from anywhere from this forum.
When I joined there were many welcome messages . Thanks .
but just from second day any thered I open or i go to Hottest thread , the message comes is ......

so I wrote a mail to " contact us " and webmaster replied that confirm your e mail , I did and I got an answer from web master that your e mail is in "whit listed " and we forwarded all your mails to forum mods .

but still I am denied access to many threads, starting new threads,

I also wrote mail to mod. but unfortunatly no reply , first mail I wrote in April/08 about the same issue .

is any mod will please take time and resole my issue ?

As I can see you have already all the possibilities of starting threads and answering to any normal forum threads.
The only access you are probably denied at the moment could be any special issues allowed to mods or vips or adm, and thats normal.
If you have any special problem please ask and you will always get an answer, else enjoy your stay.

Sorry , i cant agree with u . both r not same . All members can start a topic in general chat n in other section . example this thread .
I think , admins limited the "poll n survey" section because ; quantity may can effect the quality . N if there too much polls n serveys added each day , no one will be successful in the end .

But there is always a oppurtunity , u can request a poll or survey N admins or mods may can start that .

Thanks for the answer above, plus institutions and forums normally have their rules, and that governs the membership, to reach at that decision there must have been a very good reason.
If you want to put up a poll just pm any of the mods, they are always on line most of the times, and always willing to advise, help and direct.
you can start a topic in the general thread, but a poll is in the second option.
