I have noticed that on some threads the thanks button is missing.

is it deleted after a time period,!!! or has the thanks button been added after these posts?

usually after a time period. or if they as been updated posts .

Yes. Thanks Button will disappear after some time period.

Thanks button is available post date from 30days period
After that THNAKS button is not available
Each THANKS, poster to get one reputations points
So some old post canot have Thanks
and Introduce forum also not available
