New sub-sections have been added

We have added following sub-forums inside each Protocol section.

1) Bad Peers Report :- Here you can report about the persons who share fake cards as Local or offline most of the time.

2) Peers Announcements :- Here you can announce the period and the reasons for your Server's inactivity to your peers(Server Maintenance,ADSL Connectivity Issues, etc.)

I request all our members to take full advantage of these sub-sections for specified purposes.

thanks for introducing these subforums,i have been affected in this way in past.will help us find out the poor servers etc,who have been asking for d and clines in exchange forum and not giving exchange clients what they wanted in return.
