DigitalGlobe has joined Autodesk’s data initiative, making DigitalGlobe’s images accessible to Autodesk customers, DigitalGlobe announced April 22.
Autodesk’s data initiative portal offers customers access to the online library of world imagery directly with AutoCAD Map 3D software.
“Our customers are constantly in need of high-quality geospatial data, and it was a logical move for Autodesk to partner with DigitalGlobe for our data initiative,” Lisa Campbell, vice president of Autodesk’s geospatial division, said in a statement. “DigitalGlobe’s advanced, high-precision and accurate imagery is a strong value add for our customers who want easy access to quality data.”
