MUMBAI: Amrita TV will be available on Doordarshan's direct-to-home (DTH) service. The placement of Amrita TV in DD-Direct+ will extend the reach of the channel to homes who may not be connected through cable networks or private DTH platforms. The Malayalam channel has varied content mix in genres like heritage, ecology, mythology, spiritual, human interest, cooking, comedy and chat shows along with reality content, movies, serials and news.
