Pakistan to monitor its western border by satellite:
Pakistan has begun monitoring its western border areas via satellite and a database has already been set up for the purpose, a private television channel quoted Advisor to the Prime Minister on Interior Rehman Malik as saying on Monday.
According to Geo News, Malik told media that there has been no missile attack by US-led coalition forces in South Waziristan on June 14 as was misreported in the media. Asking media to report responsibly, Malik said any violation of Pakistani borders will not be tolerated. Twelve suspected terrorists have been arrested from the capital, Advisor to the Prime Minister on Interior Rehman Malik said on Monday. daily times monitor/agencies
