Taiwanese mobile users will soon be able to access Cartoon Network content on their phones, following a deal between Turner Broadcasting Systems and mobile services provider iScreen Corp. Under the multi-year agreement, iScreen will distribute, market and promote Turner’s Cartoon Network-branded mobile services to operators, serving Taiwan mobile users via downloads and streaming.

Services will join the 15 Asia-Pacific countries in which Turner’s mobile content is already distributed.

The partnership has already resulted in a collaboration with operator Taiwan Mobile, for a Chinese-language Cartoon Network mobile site. Cartoon Network mobile downloadable services, including the first Cartoon Network e-comic books in the world, and featuring characters BEN 10 and The Powerpuff Girls (pictured, above) in comic format and complete with sound and vibration effect, will be exclusively available to Taiwan Mobile subscribers. iScreen also served as the content developer for the mobile site.
