TRT to start broadcasting in Armenian
Turkish Radio Television Corporation (TRT) might start broadcasting in Armenian. The annoucement follow a memorandum signed between TRT and Armenia's public television station Armenia 1 TV . TRT will also add programmes in Kurdish, Arabic, Persian and English following an amendment of a new law approved by the Turkish parliament that allows TRT to broadcast in foreign languages.. TRT's official website, currently available only in Turkish, will soon be available in 12 languages. |
