France Télévisions cuts ad rates

French public broadcaster France Télévision has decided upon a 10% cut to its daytime ad rates.
With the end of prime-time advertising (legislated by France's government), the broadcaster wants to make its daytime ad slots more competitive.
At the same time, commercial broadcaster TF1 will allow a 4.8% reduction in daytime that includes a 15% decrease during the morning hours.
